CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Accommodation cancellations must preferably be in writing.
2. In case of a telephonic cancellation for accommodation a reference number will be provided.
Please retain this reference number for your record.
3. In the event of a reservation being guaranteed by a travel agent voucher, credit card purchase
order or company bill back voucher, the full value of the reservation will be charged.
4. “No Show” on the first night accommodation will automatically lead to the cancellation of the
reservation and the loss of the full payment if no prior notification.
