Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival any deposit or prepayment is forfeited.
Between 7 – 14 days prior 75% is forfeited. Between 14 – 21 days prior 50% is forfeited.
Between 21 – 28 days prior 25% is forfeited
Please note that should the deposit not be received or alternative arrangements made with in 24 hours that the booking will be considered to be cancelled. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’.
All bookings for high seasons will be paid in full in advance and there will be no refunds for early departures.
No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation
The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit or credit card details.
Booking Policy:
Check in from 1pm and check out by 10am.
Rooms are serviced Monday to Saturday between 8am – 11am. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am.
