Situated in Clydesdale the “village in the city”, which is bordered by Arcadia, Hatfield, Sunnyside and a stone throw away from Brooklyn, Groenkloof & Waterkloof. Very close to the Pretoria Eye Institute, Muelmed , Pretoria Heart Hospital and Medforum.

Enjoy the luxury of just crossing the street to watch your favourite sports team and occasionally a musical event.
Walking distance to several excellent restaurants, University of Pretoria, Afrikaans Seuns & Meisieskool, Girls High and Boys High.

Situated in the residential area on the eastern border of Sunnyside, away from the hustle and bustle, @ Company is opposite Afrikaans Hoer Seuns en Meisieskool and within walking distance to the University of Pretoria, Boys High and of course Loftus.
On the bus route to the C.B.D. as well as the Eastern Suburbs. Very close to the following hospitals: Jacaranda, Zuid Afrikaans, Pta Gynaecological & Little Company of Mary.
Located in the cul de sac Company street, bordering the Walker spruit, which makes for a tranquil location with lots of trees and birds and very little traffic.

Cancellation fee for cancellation 48hours before arrival date = 50% and less
