Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms:
- Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75%.
- Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50%.
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Mount Ceder will refund the applicable amount. Mount Ceder levies a 5% administration fee on any refunds processed.

From Cape Town:
- Travel out on the N1
- Turn left onto the R43 and follow directions towards Ceres
- In Ceres turn left at second traffic lights onto the R303
- Travel north for approximately 45km,through Prince Alfred's Hamlet, up Gydo Pass and on past Op-die-Berg.
- 1km past Op-die-Berg turn right onto the Cederberg/Ceres Karoo Road
- Travel 17km on Tarmac and continue on left hand fork (end of tarmac) for a further 34km
From the North
- Travel south from Clanwilliam along the N7 for approximately 25km
- Turn Left onto the Cederberg Road
- Continue on this road, following the Ceres signs, for 75km
- Along this route you will pass Algeria, Driehoek, Cederberg Wine Cellar, a turn off (to the right) to Kromrivier, Matjiesrivier, Oasis
- After Oasis you will travel up a long pass and down the other side, past Olive groves, across a long concrete bridge and then turn into our gates about 200m after the end of the bridge
