We are a non-smoking establishment. A non-smoking agreement as well as an indemnity are required to be signed. We regret that no pets are allowed. A R400-00 refundable "breakage/loss" deposit is required and returned to you approximately two days after departure, following the successful inventory count. Special arrangements regarding the "breakage/loss" deposit are in place for overseas visitors. Regrettably, we do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation policy:
In the event of a cancellation the following fee shall apply on your booking:

Cancellation 0-14 days before date of arrival, or NO show, visitors forgeit 100% of deposit paid

Cancellation 15-28 days before date of arrival, visitors forfeit 75% of deposit paid or 25% of FULL quote value (whichever greater)

Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival , visitors forfeit 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote (whichever greater)
