Cancellation Policy

� World Cup 2010 (1 June 2010 � 31 July 2010) � Bookings over this period are made on a fully pre-paid non-refundable policy.
� A 5% administration & bank charge fee will apply if your reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
� A 25% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 15 & 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
� A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 14 & 7 days prior to expected arrival date.
� Full 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 7 days prior to reservation date.
� Full 100% cancellation fee will apply for �No Shows�

� Drive the N2 to Knysna.

� At the 1st set of traffic lights turn right into Waterfront Drive.

� Carry on straight turn right at the 2nd set of traffic lights, into Long Street, over the bridge and onto THESEN ISLANDS.

� When you get to the four way stop street turn right and drive straight to the Lagoon water edge. The Lofts reception is the last door on the Left.

� The building on your right is The Boatshed and you will see ile de Pain bakery caf�.

� Turn right and you will find us on the lagoon waters edge.

Port Elizabeth to Knysna:

� Drive the N2 to Knysna.

� At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn Left into Waterfront Drive; this is just past the government Hospital (which is on your right).

� Carry on straight through to the 1st set of traffic lights; turn Left into Long Street, over the bridge and onto THESEN ISLANDS.
