Cliffhanger self-catering accommodation boasts two luxury Cottages close to Knysna along the beautiful Garden Route. The perfect hideaway for a honeymoon or a relaxing stay with that special someone. Spectacular views, very private, close to nature, and custom built finishes mark these cottages as something special.
We also offer a lovely garden cottage for rental (Hedge cottage) should you wish to explore the many and varied attractions in the area and require a comfortable base. Situated along the Rheenendal road, in the country, yet only a 15 minute scenic drive on a tar road to the centre of Knysna.
Amongst other attractions within a 15 minute drive are the indigenous forest and a spectacular beach at Buffalo Bay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
On receipt of a written instruction, including bank details, from the customer to cancel the reservation, we will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days. A 7% administration fee will be levied on any refunds processed.
