Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing !
* 50% Deposit NON REFUNDABLE for: Peak Season (20 Dec-10 Jan),
Easter Week End and Oyster Festival Week End bookings.
* Full payment ONE month before arrival.
All other bookings
* Up to 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of deposit will be refunded.
* 29 to 14 Days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit will be refunded.
* 13 to 7 Days prior to arrival - 25% of deposit will be refunded should the Guest House be able
to re-sell the reserved room/s.
* 6 Days and less prior to arrival - no refund and full payment of reserved room/s.
