1. The Loft(55m�)

Spacious, double volume, beautifully appointed, open plan unit with kitchenette that leads onto a patio with wooden table and chairs, garden and sparkling pool. The open plan upstairs bedroom has twin beds (with an option of a 3rd and 4th bed for children). The lounge has a double sofa bed, as well as two comfortable sofa�s and TV with DSTV. The dining area has a dining table and chairs and indoor barbecue facilities. The kitchenette is well-equipped and includes a microwave, large stainless steel frying pan and bar-fridge. (No stove). There is one bathroom with a shower. Guests can laze at the pool and enjoy refreshments on the private patio with built-in barbecue. This spacious unit is wonderful for living out onto the verandah, garden and pool in summer or snuggling up to a warm fire in winter. There is safe parking in a remote-controlled garage.

2. One bedroom unit (45m�)

Stylish accommodation is offered in this one bedroom unit which has a double sofa bed in the living room, should children need to be accommodated. The kitchenette is well-equipped and includes a microwave, large stainless steel frying pan and a fridge. (No stove). The modern bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The lounge has television with DSTV and a double sofa bed. There is also extra comfortable seating for 4. A sliding door leads onto a balcony with built-in barbecue and seating. The dining area has a four seater table. There is safe parking in a remote-controlled garage. The garden and pool area can be entered through a side gate. PLEASE NOTE: A staircase must be ascended to enter the unit.

3. Open plan unit for 2 (35m�)

Luxury accommodation is offered in this cosy, beautifully appointed open plan self-catering unit with luxurious bedding and linen, lounge/dining area, television with DSTV and well equipped kitchenette which includes a large stainless steel frying pan, microwave and bar-fridge. (No stove). A sliding door leads onto a balcony with seating where refreshments can be enjoyed. The modern bathroom has a shower and a bath. There is safe parking in a remote-controlled garage. The garden and pool area can be entered through a side gate. PLEASE NOTE: A staircase must be ascended to enter the unit.
