The Villa was an "Old Carpet Factory " that is now converted into a house with two levels. Each level has two individual holiday flats with its own separate entrance. In total we offer four separate holiday flats situated 200m from the main beach and 100m from all the major shops and restaurants. The flats look over the magnificent False Bay with mountain views behind you.The Villa can accommodate big group bookings because of its clever design. So why stay in a garden shed, visit our Villa! We are dedicated to family holiday fun.

All flats are equiped with :

1 x double bed / 2 x single beds / 1 x Sleeper Couch
Bathroom with bath or shower.
Linen is supplied except beach towels.
TV room / lounge
Open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with fridge with freezer/4 plate stove / microwave / crockery / cutlery / pots / pans / toaster / kettle).
Dining room / Table.
