CANCELLATION POLICY

Blue Mountain Guest House abides by the cancellation policy of the Guest House Association of South Africa.

• A 50% deposit, or credit card guarantee, is required to secure a booking, with the balance, or full payment in cash, due on arrival.
• The full deposit will be forfeited (or the credit card will be debited) if the booking is cancelled 7 or fewer days before arrival.
• Cancellations 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit.
• Cancellations 14 to 21 days forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations 21 to 28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit.
