Annie's Cottage is a 'feel at home' place, warm, friendly and welcoming with charm and a bit of magic! There is so much to see and experience. People are full of praise for the detail and thought that went into creating each room. It is a place where our guests love to return again and again or bring friends along to experience the charm and ambience for themselves.

1st child under 5: free
Second child under 5: R150.00
Children between six and twelve: Half price
Children over twelve: Full price

In season: Full refund less 10% non-refundable admin fee on cancellations 30 days or longer prior to arrival in Aug. Sept. and October; 50% refund on shorter cancellation times, no refund within 48 hours prior to arrival.
Out of season: Full refund less 10% non-refundable admin fee on cancellations more than 48 hours prior to arrival. No refund within 48 hours prior to arrival. All NO – SHOWS will be invoiced!
Only prepaid reservations will be considered as confirmed - Or, reservations with your c.c. details, this also applies for operators and agents. Payment by - Credit Card Visa and Master, American Express and Diners Club; Electronic transfers & Cash (Cheques only by prior arrangement with management).
If paying by Diners or American Express we add 5% bank charges.
