Three Gables is a charming old house with a balcony overlooking a vast garden and a sparkling circular pool. The leafy garden is covered in the shade of huge poplar trees and features a 32-seater solid long-table.
Three Gables Guest House reflects a peaceful homely atmosphere where the sounds of birds singing in the palms and poplar trees will awake you.
Our rooms are tastefully decorated and all en suite with a bath and a shower, each with a private entrance and a private patio. We offer three single and four double/twin bedrooms. All our rooms are well equipped. Our single rooms have queen/double beds. We are proud to say that we receive regular compliments for the quality of our beds.
We serve dinner on request. Bring your own wine and enjoy a well-presented, tasty meal in our cozy dining room.
The quiet and relaxing atmosphere is one of the main reasons why our guests keep coming back. We also offer a fee shuttle service to and from the airport for our guests. Booking in advance is essential as we do not take walk-inns.

Entering from the airport:
Proceed into town; pass the Military basis your left.
Cross 4-way stop; proceed in Borcherd Street (dual carriageway) to traffic circle.
Take the 2nd exit into Bult Street; keep to your right in Bult Street (do not follow the “fork” to the left into Josling Street); proceed approximately 700m to Three Gables at No 34 (on the right hand - the lower - side of the road). Use the address to locate the guesthouse; there is no guesthouse signage.
Entering from Namibia N10 (W) and Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park:
At the Namibia/Kgalagadi crossing, follow signs to the airport; turn right (towards town) at the T-junction and proceed as above.
Entering from Olifantshoek/Johannesburg N14 North:
Proceed into town; stop at 3-way stop in front of Gordonia Provincial Hospital
Turn right into Malherbe (dual carriageway) and proceed approximately 500m to 4-way stop @ corner of Malherbe and Bult Streets
Turn left into Bult Street; proceed approximately 700m to Three Gables at No 34 (on the left hand - the lower - side of the road)
Entering from Groblershoop/Bloemfontein N10 East:
Cross the Orange River and proceed into town along Brug Street (i.e. keep to the left at the “fork” in front of Jakkie Motors)
Turn right at the traffic lights (corner of Brug and Le Roux Streets)
Proceed by following Le Roux Street through town; cross the rail road and cross final traffic lights at Engen Garage
Proceed to traffic circle approximately 200m from Engen and turn right into Bult Street
Keep to the right in Bult Street (do not follow the “fork” to the left into Josling Street) and proceed to Three Gables at No 34 (on right hand -the lower - side of the road)
Entering from Keimoes/Cape Town N14 South:
Proceed by following Le Roux Street through town; cross the rail road and cross final traffic lights at Engen Garage
Proceed to traffic circle approximately 200m from Engen and turn right into Bult Street
Keep to the right in Bult Street (do not follow the “fork” to the left into Josling Street) and proceed to Three Gables at No 34 (on right hand -the lower - side of the road)
