Children under the age of 4 months are not premitted to go on game drive.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy:
Buffalo Thorn Lodge reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:
„h -> Cancellation of booking more than 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of total booking retained
„h -> Cancellation of booking between 14 to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of total booking retained
„h -> Cancellation of booking between 7 to 13 days prior to arrival - 50% of total booking retained
„h -> Cancellation of booking less than 6 days prior to arrival - 100% of total booking retained.
Cancellation fees are calculated on the nett rate per person. Please ensure that your clients are covered by a travel insurance policy to offset unforeseen cancellation. All reservation cancellations or amendments are valid only if advised in writing by facsimile, e-mail or letter.
