Cancellation Policy and Procedures:
- 15 - 30 days prior to arrival = 25% of total value of deposit
- 7 - 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of total value of deposit
- Arrival date - 7 days prior to arrival = 100% of total value of deposit
Only on receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation.
Please note: There is a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed.
In the event of a no show, the Lodge will charge one night’s accommodation.
In the event of a premature departure, the Lodge will charge the full original booking.
