We offer self catering garden cottages and en-suite rooms with single and shared accommodation for up to 42 people, as well as conference facilities for up to 30 people, and small wedding / function facilities for up to 80 people.
Try this venue for team building and /or that real special and memorable celebration for two or many.
Children especially enjoy the farm freedom. Your pets are also welcome to spend the holiday with you.
Meals:
No meals included in the prices and no dinners are served, but breakfasts may be ordered additionally
•Full Panorama breakfast R75.00 per person
•Light Breakfast R25.00 per person (Piece of fruit, Small yogurt, Cereal, Toast with butter, jam and cheese, Juice, Tea and Coffee (self service)
No other meals will be catered for but for groups dinners could be arranged with outside caterers if required and booked well in advance.
Liquor licenced, but please bring your own drinks - you are welcome to, and note that no drinks will be sold after 20:30.

NO REFUNDS BEFORE 45 DAYS OF DATE OF PAYMENT AND ONLY INTO SAME ACCOUNT PAYMENT WAS MADE FROM.
1. To secure booking request, a 50% deposit is due within 5 days or request will be regarded as cancelled.
2. The balance is payable within 7 days prior arrival or latest date of arrival. NO Cheques accepted.
3. Use of swimming pool, tennis court or braai equipment, or any other facilities/equipmentt shall be at your own risk. Entry to property and use of any ficilities are at own risk.
4. Panorama guest farm and or any associates, the owner/s and staff do not accept any responsibility for any injuries, losses, damages or illnesses of any nature whatsoever.
5. All breakages and losses during the course of the function/stay shall be chargeable.

1. When approaching Nelspruit, cross first 6 traffic lights. ( On the way you pass HALLS GATEWAY, MECURE HOTAL, ILANGA MALL AND FORMULA 1 HOTEL.)
2. At 6th traffic lights turn LEFT into Madiba Drive towards White River (R40)
3. After 3km , turn LEFT at the BP Garage onto R37 Lydenburg/Mashishing Road
4. Keep following R37 and take third exit around first round-about.
5. Keep following R37 round second round-about.
6. After 17km on R37, turn LEFT onto ROODEWAL RD.
7. (Watch for Panorama Guest Farm sign.)
8. Pass through Boom Gate for 2km up to a T-Junction.
At T-Junction, turn left. (Watch for Panorama Guest Farm sign.)
9. After 1 km turn LEFT into PANORAMA GUEST FARM.

1. Follow R37 from Lydenburg to Sabie for 52 km.
2. Turn RIGHT towards Nelspruit R37 for 40km
3. Turn RIGHT onto ROODEWAL RD and follow from no 5 above.
(FROM Sabie R532 to Lydenburg)
1. Travel LEFT towards Nelspruit R37 for 40km.
2. Turn RIGHT towards Nelspruit R37 for 40km Turn RIGHT onto ROODEWAL RD and follow from no 5 above.
(FROM White River R357 to Sabie)
1. Travel 500m on R40 to Nelspruit Turn RIGHT onto R537 to Sabie.
2. After 2.5 km, turn LEFT onto BRONDAL RD for 18 km to T-Junction.
3. At T-Junction turn RIGHT and after 800m turn LEFT onto ROODEWAL RD and follow from no 5 above.
