Peebles is named after the picturesque town in south east Scotland that straddles the River Tweed. The town was granted royal "burgh" status in 1367 and the Scottish character and cxharm is carried into the hotel, its environs and hospitality. Centrally situated in the picturesque of Dullstroom, just off the main road that passes through the village en-route to Lydenburg. The Lodge is well situated as a stop over en-route to the Kruger National Park.
