With easy access from the N1 highway (plus minus 100 km from Pretoria towards Polokwane), the guest house is situated in a tranquil suburb within 2 km from the town centre, shopping centre, hospital, tourist attraction, spa’s and restaurants.

We are between 1½ and 2 hours drive from four of the 2010 world cup soccer venues, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Rustenburg and Polokwane.

Cancellation Policy
No accommodation is confirmed unless a deposit has been received. To secure your booking a minimum of 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Credit card facilities available through Paybridge payment gateway. Should you wish to make a credit card payment, please contact me for assistance.

Please Note: Your credit card statement will have the words “Paybridge Accommodation” as the reference.

Deposits and cancellation policy:
A deposit of 50% on reservation
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full booking
Cancellation 0-14 days before arrival, or no show – visitors forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15-28 days before arrival - visitors forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)
Cancellation 29+ days before arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)
