Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT REQUIRED:
Full deposit required before confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
When we confirm your booking after receiving proof of payment, it means that we will turn away all potential cash paying clients for that unit which you have booked. Thus, we retain:
30% fee on total booking if cancelled 30 - 25 days prior to arrival.
60% fee on total booking if cancelled 24 - 15 days prior to arrival.
No refund for cancellation 14 - 0 days prior to arrival or during stay.
