Phokeng Guest House has beautiful, spacious bedroom suites and grounds, large conference/events areas and ample parking space.
At Phokeng Guest House, you may choose from any one of our luxurious and cosy suites:
Phokeng Suite - an elegant four-roomed private suite (bedroom, separate full bath, lounge, dining area and a study; a fully-fitted kitchen, plus a private foyer (verandah). Phokeng Suite is a perfect choice for extended stays, family visits and the professional traveller.
Tshepo Suite and Jamil suite - two very large rooms fitted family-style or upscale dorm-type rooms. Up to 8 people can be in each room!
Rethabile I and Rethabile II - charming rooms with queen beds. The separate bathroom/shower and separate toilet are shared by the two Rethabile rooms.
Lerato Suite - a stylish private suite with a home-office-cum-walk in dressing room plus an optional private entry with a ramp for wheelchair access.
Lerato & Rethabile Suites have connecting doors and can easily be converted into a three-bedroom, two bathroom home away from home.
Meals are not included but with advanced notification, we can ensure we do not feature your everyday B&B food. Unique morning meals can combine traditional culture with a gourmet touch. Our menus can be inspired by traditional African meals and the produce of Limpopo Province’s rich agricultural districts. Guests might want to begin their day with a generous breakfast whose house specialities include steamed breads and hearty traditional African cuisine. Yet we also offer popular and healthy favourites as a permanent feature. Guests with special dietary requirements are happily accommodated. We can provide a packed breakfast-to-go or picnic lunches!
Our Polokwane guest house is an ideal location for a conference, a wedding or any huge business or social event. Our parking space even takes camping vans! We can host any number of events - office parties, birthday parties, large receptions, etc.
Our warmth and flexibility allow guests to host their own mini-braais onsite. We can cook and serve the food for you, simply assist, or go do the shopping as you attend to other things. Our motto is to serve your needs.

Child Policy
Any additional person, adult or child, sharing an already booked room, pays only R150 additional rate per person, per night.
Children 6-12 years pay 50% and Children under 6 eat for free (Complimentary) when an adult has ordered a meal
Cancellation Policy
Advanced notice is required otherwise deposits are forfeited

From Gauteng & All Points South
Take N1 North to Polokwane. On driving into the City, pass two Engen Filling Stations on your left, Then pass Shell filling station and take first left int Natorp Street; Cross first 4way stop. At second 4Way stop turn left. We are the corner house on the right. Enter through the second gate from the corner.
From the North
Take N1 South to Polokwane. At first traffic lights after passing Trade Centre on your left, Turn left into Potgieter. Pass three sets of traffic lights then take a left at the next street (Kleinenberg Street). We are the last house on the left before you get to the 4Way stop. Enter through the first gate (green gate)
