Superior Guest House Full Service
African Roots Guest House is a tranquil guesthouse, situated close to the city centre, restaurants and hospitals. The guesthouse is part of the original farmhouse built in 1928. The original steel pressed ceilings and oregon pine floors have been retained, but the architecture has been adapted to a more contemporary style.
All units have individual entrances onto the garden and pool. The suites have their own lounge and fireplace and are stylishly furnished with a range of antique and contemporary furniture and local artwork. All suites/rooms have TV with MNET and DSTV, mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities.
A Full English breakfast is served accompanied with fresh seasonal fruit, cereal and yogurt and weather permitting, breakfast is served on one of the large porches or in the garden next to the Koi pond.
Secure parking with remote access control is provided.
The guesthouse offers a 24-hr wireless internet zone with a number of rooms equipped with direct LAN access.
Conferences:
The conference venue seats 30 to 40 people depending on seating arrangements. The venue is equipped with flipcharts, white board, overhead and digital projector. Internet access is available via a wireless zone and two LAN points are available. Full conferencing and catering is provided.

Please note that any no-shows will be charged for the full duration of the reservation. Cancellations will be subject to the following forfeiture policy:
More than 21 days before arrival - 10% of booking value with a minimum of R200.
From 14 to 21 days before arrival 25% of booking value.
From 7 to 14 days before arrival 100% of booking value.

You will enter Polokwane through Grobler Street, travel straight through town, until you see our brown tourist sign on your left. Turn left into OOST Street, cross Jorissen Street. We are on the next corner of Devenish and Oost Streets.
The entrance is Devenish Street.
IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM TZANEEN
You will enter Polokwane through Thabo Mbeki Street. You will pass Capricorn High School on your left, turn right into OOST Street. Cross Grobler and Jorissen Streets.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM MAKHADO
You will enter Polokwane on the N1. After you have crossed the railway bridge, turn left into Potgieter Street. Turn right into Devenish Street.
