Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is payable only in cash or bank guaranteed cheque at the time of arrival or by direct deposit/transfer 48hrs before your arrival. No Credit Cards. Failing to pay the balance before or at the time of your arrival will result in you having to find alternative accommodation until balance is paid in full. A Further R1000.00 key deposit is payable which will be refunded within 10 working days after full inspection of the unit proofs to be satisfactory. Only 40% of the deposit paid at the time of the booking will be refunded if any cancellation is not made at least 30days before date of arrival and 10% admin fee will be deducted on cancellation.
