Marichel Unit 4 is a luxury apartment overlooking Thompson’s Bay in Ballito. The airport is situated
± 20 km away. Durban, the closest city, is ± 60km away.The apartment contains 4 beautifully
appointed bedrooms, 3 en-suite. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other two have two
single beds. The fourth bedroom has two single beds with a shower, basin and toilet adjacent to
the room. The unit also has a TV lounge, with full DSTV facilities. An open plan fully fitted kitchen,
dining area and a more formal lounge which leads onto a huge verandah with outside lounge and
dining room table. There is a double lock up garage. Thompsons Bay has a lovely bathing area with
shark nets and life-guards for your safety. It also offers a huge tidal pool for those that prefer calmer
swimming conditions. The beach is accessible via a locked gate that is on the property and there is
also a communal swimming pool at the entrance to this very secure complex. A gas braai is available.
The unit is serviced every day except on Sundays and public holidays. Available for holiday letting,
long weekends and school holidays. A relaxing way to soak up the beautiful warm sunshine of Kwa-
Zulu Natal’s North Coast and feel the sand under your feet. A tranquil getaway of note.
