We offer seven beautifully appointed twin/double rooms, all en suite, air conditioned with tea/coffee facilities as well as hair dryers and adapters. All rooms are fitted with 54cm TV with individual DSTV Decoders providing an extensive bouquet of channels to choose from. Enjoy our comfortable TV lounge with pub opening onto the upstairs sun deck and the poolside gazebo. Scrumptious breakfasts are served by your hosts. We are 5 minutes from Umhlanga and La Lucia Ridge Business Centres, 2 minutes drive to the beach and Umhlanga Village and 10 km from the new King Shaka Airport.

Cancellation Policy
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
• To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
• Check in time is from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival.
• Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by due date.
• Deposits for out-of-season bookings are not refundable in the event of a late cancellation (within 7 days), or ‘non arrival’.
• For high season bookings deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation within 1 month of arrival date.
• All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be resold, including premature curtailment.
• A charge of one night’s accommodation will be levied in case of no-show or bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date.

Proceed under Moreland Millennium Bridge
Next Offramp: Umhlanga Rocks Drive/La Lucia Ridge – turn left
Continue through two traffic circles
Pass Sharks Board on left and continue along Herrwood Drive for approximately 2km
Turn right into Campbell Drive
Immediately after Atholton School, turn right into Kingston Drive
Turn THIRD LEFT INTO KINGSTON CLOSE
