Erlesmere comprises of two separate buildings on the same property. Palm Court offers 2 double en suite rooms with shared kitchenette and lounge downstairs. Erlesmere itself offers 3 double rooms upstairs (one of which is en suite)and a maisonette downstairs. The maisonette has 2 bedrooms (main en suite), one of which is a double room and the other a twin. Add to that a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
All three en suite double rooms have DSTV and are air conditioned. Tea and coffee facilties in the shared lounge/dining room/kitchen area.
The maisonette has DSTV in the lounge and main bedroom as well as air-conditioning in the main bedroom.
Child Policy
Children under 12 sharing a room with parents stay for free. Children older than 12 pay the normal adult rate where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 7 days before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 8 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 25% of deposit paid or 10% of full quote value (whichever greater).

From the Durban King Shaka Airport take the N2 south. Take the M19 (Umgeni Road) off-ramp and turn left onto the M19 (Umgeni Road). Turn right onto the M17 (Sandile Thusi Rd - previously Argyle), then right into Florida Road and right again into Tenth Avenue North (at Shell Garage). We are at the first corner (Madeline and Tenth - entrance in Madeline)
