'We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in at Falaza. They really have a very high standard. The staff is very well trained and extremely friendly and helpfull. Rhinos were walking through the garden, really amazing. We didn't really enjoy the buffet, it was not bad, but it is just that everybody is stirring with the spoons in the same dish that doesn't appeal to us.
