Bankenveld House is a rustic thatched family home situated among the rocky outcrops of Krugersdorp with panoramic views of the Cradle of Humankind. Our indigenous garden is home to an assortment of birds and the evening calls of the Black Backed Jackal are sure to delight guests who might even be lucky to view our resident Black Eagle pair or the Vervet monkeys lazing about in the tree tops. En route the R512 leaving from Lanseria airport, drive towards Johannesburg. Turn right towards Krugersdorp at the bridge crossing the N14. Continue straight on the R28 towards Krugersdorp, past Silverstar Casino. Look out for the Chancliff AH turnoff to the right into Anthony Rd. Cedar Lodge will be on the left and Colour Country Nursery on the right when you turn into Anthony. Follow Anthony Rd as it curves to the right and again to the left. Michael Rd will be the first road to the Right. Find us at No.5 Michael Rd on the right side of the road.
