Cancellation Policy

Cancellations fees applicable as follows:
All cancellations must be in writing and will be accepted from date of receipt.
90 Days prior to arrival date 10% of the reserved room fee applicable
90 � 61 days prior to arrival date � 25% of reserved room fee applicable
60 - 15 days prior to arrival �50% of the reserved room fee applicable
7 days and less prior to arrival � 100% of the reserved room fee applicable
