Ula guesthouse is a new establishment situated in the eastern Pretoria suburb of Faerie Glen, it is close to multiple interesting sites such as the Botanical Gardens, the Union Buildings, the Voortrekker Monument, Menlyn Shopping Mall and the Waterkloof and Wingate Park Golf Course along with many restaurants. We are also within close proximity to the majority of the embassies located in Pretoria and nearby businesses and major government institutions.
We operate in two languages namely English and Polish. Faerie Glen, Pretoria East and Wilgers Hospital, are close to our establishment.
As OR Tambo International Airport is only 40 minutes away via the R21 freeway, any local or international destination can be reached without the hassle of being stuck in traffic.
We are located close to several wedding venues. Location and details of these venues can be provided on request. This location is perfect for international and local guests who require accommodation in the Pretoria East Area for business or holiday purposes.
Child Policy
Children under 6 years old, sharing with their parents – stay free, children 7 to 12 years old are charged at 50% of the adult rate, provide that the child is occupying the suite with the parents. Alternatively if a second suite is taken, the first child is charged adult rate and thereafter 50% (max. 3 people in the suit).
Cancellation Policy
In the event of premature departure or not taking up the booking, we may charge as follows:
• The full remaining amount (other than the deposit) must be paid a week before arrival of the guest.
• Cancellation 0 to 4 days before date of arrival or no show at the date of arrival – visitor forfeits their full deposit but receives the remaining amount of the payment.
On receipt of written instruction to cancel the reservation, Ula Guesthouse will refund the applicable amount as determinate by the cancellation terms within 5 working days. All levies and refund process charges will apply.

From the N1:
Travelling south (from Polokwane) take the Atterbury off ramp, turn left into Atterbury and continue as below
Travelling north (from Jo’burg) take the Atterbury off ramp, turn right over the N1 and continue as below
• In Atterbury Road continue until you reach Cliffendale Road
• Turn left into Cliffendale Road, continue past the third traffic circle and turn right into the 5th house after the last traffic circle.
From the R21 (OR Tambo International Airport)
Take the R21 to the N1 North exit
Then Follow the N1 instructions above
From the N4:
From the N4 East take the Hans Strydom off ramp and continue as below.
From the N4 West take the Hans Strydom off ramp, go over the N4 and continue as below
Take the Hans Strydom off ramp, continue past Makro to the Lynwood intersection.
Continue to the second set of traffic lights, the intersection with Old Farm Road.
Turn right into Old Farm Road continue around the first circle turning right into Cliffendale drive and then turn right into the 5th House.
