This ideally situated, FULLY FURNISHED apartment is located in Centurion, halfway between Pretoria and Johannesburg with easy access to the Oliver Tambo airport. There is also easy access to all major highways. It is within close proximity to major sporting venues such as Centurion Supersport Park, Loftus, Wanderers and Ellis Park (Coca Cola Park).
This apartment is located within a secure complex with 24 hour guards. It consists of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms and open plan kitchen and living area with a balcony with a braai (barbeque) and a double garage.
The main bedroom has 2 single beds which easily convert into a king-size bed. Bedding is provided as well as towels. There is also an alarm clock, bedside lamps, a double closet with ample space for all your clothes and a built-in safe for valuables. There is en suite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has a single bed with a desk and chair, built in cupboards, bedding, towels, and a bedside lamp.
The third bedroom has a 3/4 bed with built in cupboards, bedding, towels, and bedside lamp.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery for 6 guests. There is a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/ freezer and a breakfast nook with 4 chairs. Coffee making facilities are available for your convenience.
The lounge has two 2 seat couches, a television with Satellite TV, a coffee table and a CD/DVD player.
There is a sliding door onto a balcony with braai (barbeque), table and chairs. A double lockup garage is available.
The apartment is located close to the Centurion Lake shopping centre and also has easy access to churches and the Netcare Unitas Hospital.

Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions
• 50% deposit is required for bookings less than 4 months away to confirm the reservation.
• Booking more than 4 months away 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the 25% balance of deposit is due 2 months before arrival.
• All accommodation is to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• An additional 50% fully refundable breakage and keys deposit is required before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• If booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, forfeit 100% of the amount paid.
• If booking is cancelled from 14 days to 30 days of arrival date, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• If booking is cancelled +30 days to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

Travel on the M1 highway from Johannesburg in the Pretoria direction. Take the Jean Avenue offramp (exit), turn right and travel under the highway. At the intersection of Jean Avenue and Lenchen Road make a U-Turn. Turn left just after the Shelanti wedding venue and chapel into Shelanti Road. The complex is on your right hand side, The Pines.
