Superior B&B/Guest House Style
We are in a very quiet and secure area with our own patrol car 24/7, convenient for all parts of Sandton, Rivonia, Woodmead and Bryanston with many good restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment centres close by.
The property is covered by a broadband Wi-Fi network with a laptop computer permanently connected to the internet available in the lobby for use by guests, and there is a fully equipped gym and solar heated salt-water swimming pool on the property.
A fridge and microwave are available at all times in the lobby to prepare food, and all rooms have DSTV, a DVD player, a bar fridge, hair dryer, electronic safe and a tea and coffee station.
There is a spacious, secure, sunny self-catering garden cottage, with a main bedroom with queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and bidet and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and microwave. There is enclosed sun porch leading off a large open plan lounge/dining area with DSTV and use of the gymnasium and swimming pool. A second bed ( double or single) can be supplied in the lounge area for extra guests (2 maximum). Short, medium or long term lets are available.
There is some secure off-road parking and full business facilities – printing, copying, scanning, fax, e-mail and document binding

CANCELLATION POLICY
From 21 to 28 days guest forfeit 25% of the deposit.
From 14 to 21 days forfeit is 50%.
From 7 to 14 days forfeit is 75% of deposit
Less than 7 days the guest forfeits full deposit.

Please note that Vincent Ave. is permanently closed to traffic and Oak Ave. is open ONLY between 6am and 8pm.
From 8pm to 6am the only access point into Duxberry is through the checkpoint at Outspan and Flamboyant Avenues.
ROUTES:
From the N1 into Rivonia Rd. travel 2Km and turn right into 7th Ave. (McDonalds is on your left) At the robot keep straight on (the road becomes Coleraine). Between 6am and 6pm turn second left after robot into Oak Ave and enter through the boom. Vincent is the first turning right about 500 metres along Oak .Number 28 is quite a long way down on the right hand side.
After 6pm continue up the hill to the robot and turn left into Ballyclare. At the next robot turn left into Outspan and take the first left into Flamboyant. Enter through the boom and travel along Flamboyant, just after the sharp right handed bend turn left into Oak and immediately left into Vincent.. Number 28 is quite a long way down on the right hand side.
From Ballyclare and William Nicol between 6am and 6pm turn left at the top of the hill into Coleraine, just after the Total garage Take second right into Oak Ave and enter through the boom. After 6pm continue along Ballyclare until the next robot after Coleraine and turn left into Outspan. Take the first left into Flamboyant. From Grayston Drive turn right into Rivonia. Travel about 1Km and turn left into Outspan at the Morningside shopping centre - the third robot. Go over the 4 way stop in Outspan and take second right into Flamboyant. Enter through the boom and travel along Flamboyant, just after the sharp right handed bend turn left into Oak and immediately left into Vincent. Number 28 is quite a long way down on the right hand side.
