Cancellation Policy
a) 50% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival.
b) 100% Cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
c) The above cancellation penalties will also apply should there be a reduction in chalets/rooms/delegates/guest numbers.

From OR Tambo International Airport:
Take the Johannesburg (R24) from the airport. After the motorway splits to N12 / N3 take the Pretoria N3 highway. Follow the N3 towards Pretoria. Follow the Roodepoort / Bloemfontein highway after the Pretoria N1 split.
Pass Rivonia & William Nicol turnoffs. Take the Malibongwe Drive turnoff. Turn left in Malibongwe Drive.
Continue with Malibongwe, to Boundary Road (you will pass Republic Road & Randburg High school on the left—keep going to Boundary Road after the Kwikspar). Turn left into Boundary Road.
The first road after the Linden Police Station you need to turn left into Maid Marion. Go over the stop street (Abbott Road) turn left into Tuin Avenue. Boomed entrance with tennis courts on the left.
Go through security booms and carry on with the road. The Waterfront Guest House is on your left, the second last house in the street— a white & green Victorian house.
