� Cancellation 0 � 14 days before arrival for confirmed booking � fifty percent (50%) payment will be forfeited
� Cancellation less than 14 days - 48 hours before arrival for confirmed booking � seventy five percent (75%) payment will be forfeited
� Cancellation 48 hours - 24 hours before arrival for confirmed booking � full payment (100%) payment will be forfeited
