7-14 days: Forfeit 75% of deposit

From the N1:
Take the N8 turn-off towards the city into Nelson Mandela road (it later becomes Zastron street).
Travel for 4.7km passing through seven traffic lights - at the eighth traffic light turn left into 1st Avenue.
Continue for 2km passing through two traffic lights and up the hill where it becomes Albrecht street.
Matanja is on the right hand side (look out for the name on the gate and big number 74A).
