Tranquil Settings B & B is situated in one of East London’s upmarket suburbs, yet the prices are very affordable, each beautiful room has a TV, en suite bathroom and their own external entrance. Parking is spacious and secure. On site is a swimming pool a gymnasium and a pool table. Within a 5 minute drive there are 4 shopping malls, a night club and a health club, within a 15 minute drive there are cinemas, more shopping malls, a casino, more night clubs and some of the finest beaches in the world.

we can only accept children over 12 years old

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation rate is required and can be paid by EFT or direct deposit into our bank account.
In the event of this reservation being cancelled less than seven days before your arrival date, I understand that the Tranquil Setting B & B will retain the 50% deposit.
If I cancel before the seven days cut off, I understand that the Tranquil Setting B & B will retain 10% of the deposit; the other 40% will be return as soon as possible after our bank has confirmed the money is actually in Tranquil Setting B & B bank account.
