Sir Henry Barkly Guest House is situated in Barkly East one of the most scenic areas of the Eastern Cape Drakensberg Mountains. We offer comfortable accommodation in cosy en suite bedrooms equipped with M-Net and sports channels. Set in a spacious enclosed garden with secure parking. We are child-friently. The town of Barkly East has much to offer. Excellent trout fishing in crystal clear mountain streams and a well-stocked town dam. The area is one of the most spectacular in South Africa for San Rock Art, trained guides will take you on tours of the protected art. Visit the quaint Barkly East Museum for a wonderful Bushmen display, as well as a well documented history of the area.
