Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to Nkosi Guesthouses by fax or by e-mail.

Terms are as follows:

Cancellations 20 to 15 days prior to arrival forfeits 30% of invoiced value.
Cancellations 14 to 07 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% of invoiced value.
Cancellations 06 to 03 days prior to arrival forfeits 65% of invoiced value.
Cancellations 02 to 01 days prior to arrival forfeits 80% of invoiced value.
Non Arrival (No Show) forfeits 100% of invoiced value

DEPOSIT TERMS

We do not accept any Cheque payments.
Full payment on invoices is required 20 days prior to the arrival of the guest/s. Deadline dates are specified on the invoice and confirmation.
Please provide your VAT number, if applicable, for your VAT claim purposes.
Payment should be made by Bank EFT, Bank Deposit, or Credit Card.
We accept all major Credit Card
