Child Policy
Place on the Bay: Subject to availability of suitable accommodation of maximum 2 children sharing with 2 adults for a 1 bedroom self catering apartment and maximum 2 children sharing with 4 adults for a 2 bedroom self catering apartment.
A supplement will be charged for a Family Suite. Children 12 years and under, stay for free and eat breakfast at a discount of 50% of the normal breakfast rate. Where bedrooms cannot accommodate children sharing with adults, separate rooms have to be booked in which case the hotel will decide on the applicable Best Available Rate. These rates will apply for each extra room booked

Directions from the Cape Town International Airport:
Follow the road signs towards Cape Town (N2 highway).
At the traffic lights entering the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront complex on your right and The Cape Town Convention Centre on your left, the road becomes Buitengracht Road - keep straight on with this road - becomes Kloof Nek Road - continue pass the Cable War turnoff - over the hill onto Camps Bay Drive until the traffic lights at the beach side. Turn right into Victoria Road and second street right again in Van Kamp Street. Place on the Bay is the second building on left hand side - buzz for gate to open to parking.
