8 Wedgewood Terrace is situated directly across the road
from the access to the main bathing beach (Bronze Beach) in Umhlanga Rocks.
This luxury self catering apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted modern kitchen. There are two double bedrooms with a main en suite. The apartment can comfortably sleep four people. Off the lounge and the main bedroom are sliding doors onto a private patio with views of the sea. Sit on the patio and listen to the sounds of the ocean whilst enjoying your sundowners or that cup of coffee in the morning.
The entire apartment is air conditioned and there is also a ceiling fan in the lounge and each of the bedrooms.
8 Wedgewood Terrace is in easy walking distance of the Umhlanga village. There are numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity where children can enjoy ten pin bowling, game arcades etc. Enjoy a walk along the 5 kilometer Promenade on the beach or a stroll along the nature trail through the Hawaan Forest.
Child Policy
Check in is after 14:00 hours on the day of arrival. Check out is before 10:00 hours on the day of departure
•The maximum occupancy of four persons in the unit (4 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
•Under no circumstance do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25.
•Quality linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own swimming towels
•The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays
•PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS LIMITED VISITOR’S PARKING AND NO TRAILER PARKING. A STANDARD SINGLE GARAGE IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR VEHICLE
Cancellation Policy
•To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
•Check in time is from 2pm until 7pm. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival. Check-ins after 9pm will incur a surcharge of R200,00.
•Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
•Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or “non arrival”.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:
The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit / credit card details.

DIRECTIONS TO 8 WEDGEWOOD TERRACE
Heading North on the N2
Take the M41 off-ramp (Exit 181)(Umhlanga / Mount Edgecombe / Phoenix North). Turn right (over the freeway) and continue for approximately 1 km, passing Gateway Shopping Centre on your left. Take the M12 (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) off-ramp and continue north passing McDonalds and Umhlanga Hospital on your left. After passing under the Millenium Bridge take the M12 (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) off ramp and continue north passing McDonalds & Umhlanga Hospital on your left. At the next traffic circle continue down Umhlanga Rocks Drive heading towards the sea. At the forth set of traffic lights, turn left into Chartwell Drive / Lagoon Drive. Approximately 1.5km along this road you will see Wedgewood Terrace on your left. (At the intersection of Newlands and Lagoon Drives - Breakers Resort will be directly in front of you.)
Heading south on the N2 from King Shaka International Airport:
Take the M41 off ramp (Exit 181) (Umhlanga / Mount Edgecombe / Phoenix North). At the traffic lights turn left onto the M41 and continue for about 1 km, passing Gateway Shopping Centre on your left. After passing under the Millenium Bridge take the M12 (Umhlanga Rocks Drive) off ramp and continue north passing McDonalds & Umhlanga Hospital on your left.
