Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Please note that the full deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival. An admin fee of 10% will be charged on any refunds or held deposits. No shows, same day cancellations and early departures will be charged for in full. Should the reservation not be guaranteed or taken up by 18h00 on the date of arrival, The Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation.

From Johannesburg (less than 500km)
1. Take the N4 (to Witbank) highway
2. After passing the Middleburg tollgate, continue for about 50km and turn off right to Carolina
3. After passing Carolina, go over the railway line and turn right at the first road
4. Continue in the direction of Oshoek
5. After passing the Oshoek / Ngwenya border post, continue for about 10km and turn left to Piggs Peak
6. Drive for about 50km to Piggs Peak,continue through Piggs Peak and after you have passed the town, drive on for another 10km and you will see the Hotel entrance on the left hand side
From Nelspruit (about 140km) Not through Barberton due to dirt road
1. Take the N4 direction to Komatipoort
2. After passing through town of Malelane, turn off to Jeppe's Reef. Drive for about 40km to the border post
3. Continue for 30km and you will see hotel entrance on the right hand side
From Durban via N2 (about 600km)
1. Use the N2 highway towards Empangeni / Richards Bay
2. By pass Empangeni / Richards Bay and drive toward Mkuze
3. After passing Mkuze, continue on the N2 and turn off to Golela
4. After passing the border drive through Big Bend, Manzini and Mbabane
5. Then take the road to Piggs Peak
6. Continue through Piggs Peak and after you have passed the town drive on for another 10km and you will see the hotel entrance on the left hand side
