Experience friendly hospitality at Barnacle Bill’s Beach Cottage. Situated on the beach in tranquil Sea Park, this 1920’s fisherman’s cottage is the ideal pet-friendly family holiday destination, and is perfect for unwinding from the stresses of city life.
The quiet, unspoiled beach in front of the property is great for shell gathering, fishing, diving and kite flying, while the bathing and surfing beaches are a few minutes’ walk along the beach at Umtentweni.
For nature lovers, you can watch whales and dolphins from your armchair in the lounge. You can spot more than 70 species of birds, as well as a family of endangered blue duiker, who inhabit the bush along the beach, and also a family of Cape clawless otter, whose tracks you can see on the beach near the dunes in the mornings. Look out too for the shy genet.

• 3 large bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, accommodate a maximum of 8 guests - One family bedroom, (two single beds and a double bunk), with full en suite bathroom - 2 double bedrooms (one with double and one with queen-sized bed), each with shower en suite

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

• We require a refundable breakage deposit of R1000-00. (We will need your banking details in order to effect the refund within 14 days of you check out. This is done by electronic transfer).
• This breakage deposit WILL be forfeited in the event of more than 8 persons occupying the cottage
• Credit cards are not accepted
• 50% deposit will confirm your reservation
• Full payment + R1000.00 breakage deposit to be paid 7 (seven) days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation with more than 14 days’ prior notice – A R500.00 Admin Fee will be charged.
• Cancellation between 8 and 14 days’ prior to date of arrival – 50% of booking fee will be refunded, + full breakage deposit
• Cancellations less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date – Only breakage deposit will be refunded.
