Roosfontein Bed and Breakfast/Conference Centre is situated 17km outside the city of Durban in the Kwa-Zulu Natal province of South Africa. Roosfontein Bed and Breakfast/ Conference Centre borders on to the Roosfontein Nature Reserve once owned by the Voortrekker pioneer Francois Roos, is home to many grassland birds, wild flowers and smaller mammals and antelope species.
Roosfontein Bed and Breakfast / Conference Centre cater mainly for the traveller who enjoys a tranquil setting, bush, hiking trails and bird watching. Walking trails on the property provide access to the dense bush where many bird species and animals including Oribi buck, leguane, rock rabbits, pheasants, bush babies, mongoose and vervet monkeys can be spotted.
All air-conditioned rooms are modestly furnished with tasteful ethnic décor and luxurious fabrics to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Roosfontein Bed and Breakfast / Conference Centre are an eco friendly destination and have a variety of measures in place to reduce the impact on the environment.

Cancellation Policy
22 - 30 days before arrival, we will retain 25% of your deposit.
15 - 21 days before arrival, we will retain 50% of your deposit.
0 - 14 days before arrival, we will retain 100% of your deposit.
Generally: Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R175 (Euro 22) charge will be levied.
Non-arrivals on arrival date, early departure or booking out over a weekend (booking out on a Friday and return on a Monday) , will be charge in full.

From the N3 (Marian Hill Tollgate)
Take the Pinetown/Queensburgh off-ramp at Exit 20. Continue to follow Queensburgh (M7/Edwin Swales) off-ramp.
Take the Bellville Road off-ramp at Exit 7 at the traffic light turn right, crossing over the freeway (M7)
At the T-junction (traffic light) turn right into Main Road (M5) Travel for 1.7 kilometres; turn right into Kewley Road at the Roosfontein Nature Reserve signboard.
Turn right at the T-junction into Wall Road, crossing the M7 freeway.
Turn left at the T-junction into Middleton Road. First left turn off is Northcliffe Road, we are

From N2 (North and South Coast)
From the N2 freeways take the M7 (Queensburgh/Edwin Swales) turn off.
At the traffic light turn towards Queensburgh, and follow through onto the M7.
Take the first Queensburgh/Bellville of ramp Exit 7. Turn left at the traffic light towards Hillary/Malvern.
At the T-junction (traffic light) turn right into Main Road (M5) Travel for 1.7 kilometres; turn right into Kewley Road at the Roosfontein Nature Reserve signboard.
Turn right at the T-junction into Wall Road, crossing the M7 freeway.
