Child Policy
We do receive children; however we still wish to take the other guests into consideration when doing so. Therefore, children will be accommodated upon request and by prior arrangements only. We have interleading rooms in a separate wing with a courtyard entrance ideal for families. We offer special child friendly outings, like horse riding and cuddling a cheetah cub.
Cancellation Policy
As our reservations are usually finalized well in advance, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% four weeks prior to date of arrival, 60% three weeks prior to arrival, 80% two weeks prior to arrival and 100% one week prior to date of arrival and No-Shows. Special occasions i.e. Christmas, New Year and Valentine’s day 100% four weeks prior to arrival. However, in the case of a cancellation due to unforeseen humanitarian reasons, the decision to charge a cancellation fee is left to the discretion of management.
