It is situated two roads from the beach a quick 5-minute walk to the popular Salmon Drive beach. The house is very safe, fully walled, alarmed (armed response) with electric gate, two double garages and has a large garden with under cover braai area and lovely terrace upstairs. The main house upstairs has 2 twin rooms (not bunks) 1 double and 1 main bedroom with a king-size bed. Three of the bedrooms have stunning sea views. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite bathroom.
The Two Views main kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless Steel Gas Hob and electric oven, microwave, washing machine etc. There is an open plan dining room through to lounge, with a 6-seater dining table and 2 large leather lounge suites. All the luxuries you'd expect at home on holiday!. There is also a T.V, DVD player with surround sound system along with satellite DSTV system connected. On the veranda is an 8 seater table, umbrella and kettle BBQ and sun lounger.
The apartment down stairs has one double and twin bedroom which look out onto the garden, a shower room, lounge dinning room and small but fully equpped kitchen.
