Cancellation Policy
GUARANTEE/ PAYMENT POLICY:

In order to guarantee the above reservation, please indicate your guarantee preference on the attached page and fax or email it back to us. Should we receive no response from you within 7 days of your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:


Should this reservation be cancelled less than 7 days from the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of the rate for the full stay plus 1% Tourism Levy and/ or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you in relation to your guarantee method above and attached. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, these monies are payable to Upton Hall and any dispute thereof may be looked into in accordance with the appropriate refund policies. Refunds payable are at the sole discretion of Upton Hall. All returns / refunds will be looked into and the cardholder to make contact with Upton Hall.


NO-SHOW POLICY:


A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by fax or email to the Guest House. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of one night plus 1% Tourism Levy and/ or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, this monies payable to Upton Hall and any dispute thereof may be looked into in accordance with the appropriate refund policies
