It is our pleasure to introduce our establishment, Aloe Inn Guest House, to you. We are based in Port Edward on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast. The Lighthouse is situated behind us and we are a mere 60m from the sea. We are a luxury,TGSA graded, 4*, AA Highly Recommended establisment.
We have 6, well-appointed en suite rooms, offering you a choice of fabulous sea views or without sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a fridge as well as tea/coffee making facilities. We have a pool on site and are fully licensed. Meals can be enjoyed in our dining room which has views of the ocean. If you are lucky the whales and dolphins may put on a show for you.
If you just want some quiet time, there are several decks where one can relax and enjoy the sounds of the breakers. If you are the energetic type, our area is full of things to do, from surf fishing, cycling, hiking, golfing (6 courses within easy reach), deep sea fishing, to driving to the Wild Coast or Oribi Gorge. All waiting to be enjoyed during your stay. The Wild Coast Casino is also just 5km from us if you are feeling lucky or the wish to enjoy new wild water park

Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times please.
Cancellation Policy
On arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking will be retained.
0-14 days prior to arrival/no show - the full deposit paid will be retained.
15-28 days prior to arrival - 75%(seventy five percent) of deposit, or 25%(twenty five percent) of full value will be retained, whichever is the greater.
28 days or more before arrival - 50%(fifty percent) of deposit, or 25%(twenty five percent) of full value will be retained, whichever is the greater.

From Durban. From old airport we are about 1.5 hrs drive.
Take the N2 south towards Port Shepstone, go through the Oribi Toll (cost R19) and you are now on the R61.
Travel about 47km to Port Edward.
At the robot, turn left. Kentucky Fried is on your left and Caltex on your right. You will see our sign amongst others in front of the Caltex garage. You are on Owen Ellis Drive now.
Travel about 1km, take the 4th road right, into Ramsey Avenue. Again you will see our sign under the tree amongst others.
Travel about 350m, taking the 3rd road left, into Milford Avenue. Our sign is again there with all the church signs.
Go down right to the end, passing the light house on your left and we are the second house, on left, after the light house. Press the grey bell on the wall to let us know you are here.

Travel safely.
From Bizana, Eastern Cape. Pass the Wild Coast Sun on your right, cross over the bridge on the Umtumvuma River.
Pass Caribean Estates on your right.
Travel 1.5km you will see a large hotel on your, Premier Hotel Edwardian. Take the first road right,into Ramsey avenue.
You will see our sign at this turning.
Travel about 1.5km, take the 4th road right into Milford Avenue. Our sign is again there with all the church signs.
Go down right to the end, passing the light house on your left and we are the second house, on left, after the light house. Press the grey bell on the wall to let us know you are here.
