Overlooking a nature reserve, this beautiful guest house offers outstanding views over Schaapeneiland and lagoon, with incomparable bird-watching opportunities. 4-star graded guest house offering luxurious accommodation in five bedrooms with modern decor, hospitality tray, fan and spa bath.

The bedrooms are very comfortably furnished with tea tray, fan, towelling gowns, hairdryer and safe. There is a television in the lounge for all the guests to use.

We serve a very substantial continental breakfast and it is a pleasure to sit and watch the dassies on the rocks and if you go for a walk, you may come across a tortoise or two. The birdlife is abundant, even from the house, but the lagoon wetlands is a renowned bird watching spot.

There is a footpath from the house down through the veld to the lagoon and town centre and it takes about twenty minutes to walk. If you prefer to drive to the shops (there are a couple of nice ones!), it will take you about seven minutes.

There are also bicycles at the guest house for guests' use. We can recommend a number of restaurants in Langebaan for lunch and dinner. Other activities include horse-riding, of course walks on the beach, all kinds of water sports like windsurfing, kite-surfing, etc.

Child Policy
We accept children of all ages.
Cost per child sharing with parents:
Under two years of age - free
Under two years of age with cot - R55 per night
Under 18 years of age - R220 per night
Third Adult in the room - R275 per night

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are levied under the following conditions:
Group cancellation charges available on request More than ten days prior to
arrival: no charge Ten days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation charge A further 10% per day will be levied for every day up until the day prior to arrival, when the cancellation charge will be 100% of the value of the booking.

No shows will be levied at 100% of the value of the booking.

We suggest that all travelers take out cancellation insurance. We will be pleased to render an invoice to your insurers in the event of a claim.

We always confirm cancellations in writing. Please demand written acknowledgement that we have accepted your cancellation, as this is the only proof of cancellation we will accept.

Our parking area is rented from the local school. We levy a R45 per day vehicle parking charge which benefits the school fund.
