Cancellation Policy
Room reservations are only guaranteed on full payment or if otherwise - confirmed in writing by Africa Centre Guest Lodge.
• For non-arrival or premature departure 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable.
• Cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival date and is based on full payment:
- Within 7 days 100% of payment will be taken by the hotel
- Within 14 days 75% of payment will be taken by the hotel
- Within 21 days 50% of payment will be taken by the hotel
- Within 28 days 25% of payment will be taken by the hotel
- After 28 days 10% admin charge will be taken by the hotel
- Accommodation fee paid is not refundable from 7 days to arrival.
(Please note no refund to clients already having paid and staying in lodge unless exceptional circumstances and authorized jointly by General Manager.)

From Johannesburg International airport take Boksburg (R21) road. Take the second turn left which is the N12 to Witbank. After 3km take first turnoff to right at traffic light ( Atlas Road ). Take the second left turn ( Sher Road ). Turn right at the first road ( Sunny Road ). Our address is 65 SUNNY ROAD .
