Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit
from 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
from 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
from 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
28 days plus, a small cancellation fee may be charged
BREAKFAST Breakfast is served from 07h00 to 09H00 in the breakfast room.
Check In- Between 15:00 pm and 17:00 pm (Weekdays) Weekends and After Hours MUST BE arranged with Manager
DEPARTURE Departure time is 10H00.
KEYS - Please leave keys at reception on departure.
WINDOWS: Please use the air cons and please dont open the windows.
SWIMMING POOL: Please note that the Guesthouse takes no responsibility for any injuries with regards to the swimming pool. Use the swimming pool at own risk.
PLEASE NOTE: The Chez Coetzer Guesthouse will not be held liable for any injuries, death or damages to vehicles or persons on this property.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a liability fee in case off property/item damage. Fee will depend on the item that was damaged. The manager alone will advise on the items worth and cost.
