Cancellation Policy
• We require 50% deposit in advance.
• The Walden House CC reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fee, should confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following period:
25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival
50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee if cancelled 07 days or less prior to arrival or no show
• Non – payment of deposits will be treated as a cancellation of the reservation.
• In the case of non – arrivals, guests will be held responsible for the total cost of the reserved accommodation.
• Check in time : 14:00 ; Check out time : 10:30
